Is There A Delivery Charge?

Delivery information and prices for each product can be found on each product page. Prices vary from Free Delivery on many wall mirrors, up to £50 for the largest of our sideboards.

  Where we charge it is because we are delivering large items directly to from our showroom to your home, in our own vans, using our own delivery drivers. Or in our specialist in house 1 person courier services.

We check your order before it leaves our showroom. We don't use delivery depots or third party delivery companies who may care less about your order than we do and could mishandle it. We think that level of care, time and peace of mind for you is worth every penny.

When Do I Get A Delivery Date? 

Once you have confirmed your order and received an order confirmation email, our in house logistics team will contact you within 48 hours or less with a delivery date. This date, along with any delivery information you will need to know is sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. 

You will also receive an SMS message with the delivery date and a prompt to refer to your email for further information.

Do I Get A Time Slot For Delivery?

Yes. The evening before your delivery you will get a text message with a 3 hour window for your delivery. The drivers will also keep in touch with you on the day so that you know what's happening with your order.

Can I Check My Furniture on Delivery? 

As part of our delivery service, upon arrival our drivers must check your new furniture with you and will photograph each item before you sign to receive the delivery. A copy of the photographs taken along with your proof of delivery are then automatically emailed to you. This process ensures complete peace of mind.

Can I Speak to Someone on the Phone? 

The best way to contact us is via FB messenger, Instagram, Email or Via our Contact Page. We are available Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. Our expert team is on hand to help you.

Do Products Come with a Warranty? 

All our products come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty - excluding accidental damage. For information on product warranties, returns policies and more 'click here'.

What is Your Returns Policy?

We offer a 14 day returns policy should you for any reason be unhappy with your new furniture in that time. To read our returns policy in full 'click here'
