Is There A Delivery Charge?
Delivery information and prices for each product can be found on each product page. Prices vary from £7.99 on smaller items, up to £40 for the largest of our sideboards.
We use one of the best specialist 2 man white glove couriers in the country.

When Do I Get A Delivery Date?
Once you have confirmed your order and received an order confirmation email. You will also then get a follow up email the next day to confirm your order once more and to let you know when you should expect to hear from our delivery partner, Higher Jump Logistics. Once your order has arrived at their warehouse, they will send you a very prompt delivery date which you can wither accept or decline. If you accept, it will be delivered straight away and if you decline, a follow up text will come through with an alternative date.

Do I Get A Time Slot For Delivery?
Yes. The evening before your delivery you will get a text message with a 3 hour window for your delivery. The drivers will also keep in touch with you on the day so that you know what's happening with your order.

Can I Check My Furniture on Delivery?
As part of our delivery service, upon arrival you must check your new furniture and the delivery drivers will photograph each item before you sign to receive the delivery and accept full responsibility. A copy of the photographs taken along with your proof of delivery are then automatically emailed to you. This process ensures complete peace of mind.

Can I Speak to Someone on the Phone?
The best way to contact us is via FB messenger, Instagram, Email or Via our Contact Page. We are available Monday - Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. Our expert team is on hand to help you.
